I am a licensed Esthetician who specializes in Lash Extensions, Waxing and Brow Services . I am located in Milan TN at Studio 21 Salon & Spa - If you need an appointment outside the hours listed below please contact me and I’ll try my best to accommodate to all requests. Policies: -Lash Loss- If 50% or more of your extensions are missing per eye, fill price is subject to change. Full set price may be implemented depending on the amount of lashes missing. -Late- If you are 10+ minutes late to your appointment, a $10 fee will be charged and appointment may have to be rescheduled. -Clean Lashes- Though I do provide a complimentary lash bath, you are expected to have proper aftercare with your extensions and therefore arrive to your appointment with clean lashes. If lashes are dirty, (makeup, build up, etc.) an additional charge may be added.

Cancellation Policy

- A 40% fee will be charged for any cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. In case of a no-show a charge of 50% of the service will be charged and must be paid before any further appointments can be made. - A late fee of $10 will be charged for being 10 minutes late. Anything after that we will have to reschedule as there may not be enough time to complete your service. It will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the policy stated above. - A card on file is required upon booking an appointment. If it’s not put on file when booking you will be asked to provide one at your appointment.
