I am a licensed Esthetician & Nail Tech who specializes in Lash Extensions, Full Body Waxing, Brow Services, Spray Tans, Builder Gel, & Gel X services I am located in Milan TN at Haus of Her — 2051 west Van hook st - If you need an appointment outside the hours listed below please contact me and I’ll try my best to accommodate to all requests. Policies: -Lash Loss- If 50% or more of your extensions are missing per eye, fill price is subject to change. Full set price may be implemented depending on the amount of lashes missing. -Late- If you are 10+ minutes late to your appointment, a $10 fee will be charged and appointment may have to be rescheduled. If you are 15 or more minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and it will be considered a no show / missed appointment. -Clean Lashes- Though I do provide a complimentary lash bath, you are expected to have proper aftercare with your extensions and therefore arrive to your appointment with clean lashes. If lashes are dirty, (makeup, build up, etc.) an additional charge may be added. -Card on file- A card on file is required upon booking an appointment in case of no show or cancellation. If a card is not put on file when booking you will be asked to provide one at your appointment. -Disclosure & Client Responsibility- For your safety, you are responsible for informing your service provider of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, pregnancy, or prescription or over-the-counter medications that could affect your service or healing process. Failure to disclose this information may increase the risk of irritation, an adverse reaction, or an inability to safely perform the service. By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge that you have provided accurate and complete health information and agree to notify your service provider of any changes before each appointment. You understand that failure to disclose relevant medical information or allergies may affect the outcome of your service. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with beauty services and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, your service provider will not be held liable for any adverse reactions, irritation, injury, or other complications resulting from undisclosed allergies, medical conditions, medications, or inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A 50% fee will be charged for any cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If your deposit is paid for and it equals 50% of your service it will just be kept instead of a separate charge. In case of a no-show a charge of 50% of the service will be charged and must be paid before any further appointments can be made. Anything after that rescheduling may be necessary as there may not be enough time to complete your service. It will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the policy stated above. - A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is 50% of the service total and will be applied toward your final balance. — this will be kept as the no show or cancellation fee if applicable.
